What is riverbed material?
Riverbed material — commonly called RBM — is the sand, bajri, pebbles and boulders that a river deposits naturally in its channel.
It is the base input for almost everything the country builds: concrete, roads, bridges, canals, railway formations and housing. The demand is steady and large, which is exactly why it has to be sourced properly.
Because the material comes from a living river, extraction is bound by approved zones, seasonal limits and how quickly the river refills. Getting that right on a large stretch takes field experience, not guesswork — and that is the part Mineshaft is built around.
